By registering for the race, I, the Runner or Parent/Guardian of the child, have understood and agreed to the rules and terms of the Save Turtles Run 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") as follows:
1. I commit to comply with all health regulations of the Organizing Committee and must withdraw immediately if any health issues are noticed before or during the event.
2. I agree to take full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage directly or indirectly related to my participation in this Event, except in cases where the fault lies with the Organizing Committee.
3. I agree that the Event Organizing Committee has the right to arrange medical assistance and emergency transportation if necessary, and I will be responsible for all medical expenses incurred.
4. I agree to pay for all incurred expenses (accommodation, flights, transportation) if the journey ends differently than planned due to force majeure reasons, or in case I must end the journey early due to health/physical conditions.
5. I agree to allow the use of my name, competition results, image, videos, multimedia, films or similar methods for legitimate purposes without compensation or payment.
6. I agree to abide by all conditions and regulations of the Event and comply with all instructions given by the Organizing Committee, members of the Organizing Committee, volunteers, and all event staff from time to time.
7. I waive liability for the Organizing Committee, staff, volunteers, contractors, government agencies, residents, landowners, and sponsors for any claims, demands for compensation related to injury, loss, damage, or death during participation in the event.
8. I accept that in the event I suffer injury or personal property damage, I will not file a claim regarding injury or damage against the Organizing Committee.
9. I accept that the Organizing Committee may change the advertised racecourse without prior notice if necessary. Additionally, I also accept that the Organizing Committee may cancel the event due to weather, safety, terrorism, or natural disasters. In that case, I accept that the event participation fee will not be refunded.
The terms of this Waiver and agreements must be read in full, not separated, and executed
by both parties.
