Bookings:
- Your booking must be guaranteed by a valid credit card to hold your rooms until you arrive on your confirmed check-in date. If you book a rate that requires a deposit or prepayment, this payment card will be charged at any time before your check-in date. For details, please review the rate description and rate rules.
- Please note that under Vietnamese law, a guest who is not a Vietnamese citizen cannot share a room with a Vietnamese citizen without proof of marriage to each other. “Marriage Certificate” must be presented upon check-in. Otherwise, a second room must be booked.
- Any amendment in stay period of your reservation may result in a rate change

- You may cancel your reservation without charge 7 days or more prior to the arrival date.
- Please note that 1-night charge per room will be applied as penalty if you cancel your booking after the deadline of free cancellation.
