To ensure the best the best possible experience for yourself, please note the following:

Monitor weather forecast regularly: Stay updated on the latest weather information to prepare appropriate attire.
Bring your own raincoat: If you have your own raincoat, please bring it along in case the OC does not have enough for all participants.
Prioritize safety while running: Reduce your speed when it rains, avoid slipping and pay attention to your surroundings.

In the event of severe weather conditions, including heavy rain that could pose a safety risk to athletes, the organizing committee reserves the right to end the program earlier than the scheduled time.

Belongings Note

Personal belongings

We encourage participants to minimize bringing high-value personal belongings (such as jewelry, cash, expensive phones, etc.) to avoid theft or damage.

Bag check service

Due to limited resources, the OC cannot provide a bag check service.

E-waiver Regulations

The E-waiver must be signed by the registered runners. For runners under 18 yo, the E-waiver requires the confirmation of both the runners and a legal guardian.
Runners are advised to read the E-waiver carefully before signing. Signing the E-waiver signifies the runner’s agreement to the OC’s terms and conditions.
For safety and convenience, all runners must register and sign the E-waiver before the event date. No BIB/Race Kit for unregistered E-waivers.
The OC reserves the right to refuse runner’s participation if they fail to register and sign the E-waiver as per regulations.

How to Register

Detailed instructions on how to register for the E-waiver will be sent to the runner’s email address during the time of registration.
