To ensure the best possible experience for yourself, please note the following:

Monitor weather forecast regularly: Stay updated on the latest weather information to prepare appropriate attire.
Bring your own raincoat: If you have your own raincoat, please bring it along in case raining weather.
Prioritize safety while running: Reduce your speed when it rains, avoid slipping and pay attention to your surroundings.

In the event of severe weather, including heavy rain that could pose a safety risk to runners, the organizing committee reserves the right to end the program earlier than the scheduled time.

Belongings Note

Personal Belongings

We encourage participants to minimize bringing high-value personal belongings (such as jewelry, cash, expensive phones, etc.) to avoid theft or damage.

Bag Check Service

Due to limited resources, the organizing committee cannot provide a bag check service.

Electronic Waiver Process

LIABILITY ELECTRONIC WAIVER

E-waiver Regulations

E-waiver must be signed by registered runners (guardians sign for under-18s). Signing indicates agreement with the organizing committee’s terms.
All runners must sign the E-waiver before the event date. Runners will not receive their BIB and running shirt and will not be allowed to participate in the race if they have not signed the E-waiver.
The organizing committee reserves the right to refuse participation if runners fail to register and sign E-waiver as required.

How To Register

Detailed instructions on how to register for the E-waiver will be sent to the runner’s email address during the time of 01 – 05/08/2025.
Runners can access The Secret Côn Đảo website or contact the OC directly for detailed instructions.
