At the Event Area, please proceed to the Information Counter and present your confirmation email and original ID/passport.
If someone is checking in on your behalf, they must bring your confirmation email along with a copy of their ID for verification.
02. Receiving Racekit And Verifying
Go to the Distance Counter that matches the distance you registered for.
You will receive your BIB and running T-shirt in your selected size.
After receiving your Racekit, please double-check the details on it before leaving the counter.
BIB Guidance
Introduction
BIB and running T-shirt is a mandatory item for runners participating in the race.
Runners will not be be allowed onto the race and will not receive results if they do not wear the BIB.
BIB Wearing Instructions
Wear it at the front – this meets race regulations and helps with photo recognition.
Write your emergency contact on the back of the BIB.
Do not cover, fold, or modify your BIB.
Do not remove the timing chip attached to your BIB.
Racekit Notes
Due to limited availability, the Vinamilk high-protein milk and 10 ml Aescentic perfume gifts are reserved exclusively for runners who collect their Race Kits in person in Côn Đảo. These gifts are not applicable to collection by another person or an authorized representative under any circumstances.
A confirmation email has been sent to all runners prior to the event. Please check your inbox, junk, or spam folder. Should you be unable to locate the email, please contact the Information Counter for assistance.
Please check your BIB number and running shirt before leaving the counter. Any discrepancies or missing items must be reported immediately at the Race Kit collection area. The Organizing Committee will not be held responsible for or provide a replacement if the timing chip is lost after it has been handed over.
Each runner is permitted to wear only 01 BIB registered under their own name and equipped with a timing chip throughout the race. Any runner found wearing more than 01 BIB will have their result disqualified.
To ensure the production schedule is met, the names of runners who register on or after 01 July 2026 may not be pre-printed on their BIBs or the event backdrop. In such cases, runners are responsible for writing their full names clearly on the BIB and confirming the information after the Organizing Committee has verified it against the registration data in the system. Shirt sizes for runners registered during this period will also be allocated subject to availability and may differ from the sizes originally selected.
